INSIDE
The Patch is a cosy and intimate cottage. Styled with a modern Scandinavian twist, The Patch's design blends effortlessly with the iconic Byron Bay coastal hinterland landscape. Two bedrooms, high ceilings plus a kids double bunk room, combine to create a charming and cosy space for you to to disconnect and spend quality time together.

The Patch kitchen is fitted out with european appliances, and is perfect for taking advantage of the many organic food and vege stalls that litter the local winding country roads, and channelling your inner Jamie Oliver or Martha Stewart. A Vitamix is on hand for making your healthy smoothies or winter soups.

The outdoor deck is the perfect place for early morning coffees, healthy smoothies, lazy dining, cocktails or relaxing and taking in the sunset and hinterland views.

You're welcome to help yourself to whatever is fruiting in the food forest or edible flowers garden. There is also a selection of fresh herbs in the garden from basil, thai basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary and curry leaves. The Patch is all about disconnecting, relaxing, entertaining with friends, getting creative, dreaming new dreams, cooking up a storm, and reconnecting with nature.

After a long day at the beach, the minimalist bathroom is the place to escape and unwind. Wooden tiles meet wall-to-wall white matte tiles to create the perfect bath/spa sanctuary. Scented candles, Aesop product are all on offer ... all you need do is to add some relaxing music. And, more importantly the kids can use the outdoor shower!

The Patch has Apple TV, Netflix and a BOSE sound system. It also has a 20" Apple iMac for researching what to do in the local area.

The Patch does not have air-conditioning but does have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the lounge room. Coopers Shoot is famous for its sea breezes that blow straight off the ocean and up into the hinterland.

An indoor wood fire heater will keep you nice and toasty on the cooler winter nights along with oil heaters.

OUTSIDE
One of the best parts of The Patch is the outdoor spaces. Family and friends will love running around on the spacious lawns, playing on the swings and exploring the area. An outdoor fire pit and BBQ allows you to cook up a storm on those famous Coopers Shoot evenings. Sunset is cocktail time and the fire pit with ample seating is a great area to entertain your friends. Or you can simply laze, with a good book, in the comfortable hammocks in the mango tree.

If you're feeling up to it ... soak in the heated pool. Water temperature in winter reaches 26 degrees (on a sunny day… we do our best:) and the kids love it!
